Exclusive Broker Agreement
All buyers are required to enter into an Exclusive Broker Agreement with Movement Realty, LLC prior to working with our agents. If a Movement Realty, LLC agent shows a property and successfully procures a sale, that agent is entitled to compensation for the transaction in accordance with the executed agreement and applicable law.

Pre-Approval or Proof of Funds
For offers involving financing, a current lender pre-approval letter is required prior to acceptance. For cash transactions, verifiable proof of funds in the buyer’s name must be submitted to confirm the buyer’s ability to complete the purchase.
